I’ve reached out to Caitlin at various stages of my career for counseling and resume review. Professionally speaking, she may know me better than I know myself at this point.
Caitlin’s experience on many interview panels makes her well-informed of the performance of top candidates, and she can articulate options on how to out-perform the competition by outlining strategies to enhance my portfolio to become a more competitive and advantageous candidate in a specific industry.

When I landed an interview for my current job, I reached out to Caitlin once more and she referred me to Claudiu because, after being a client of his, it became clear to me that interview preparation is one of his many top strengths.
Claudiu helped me identify, both on paper and in person, exactly how I am the best candidate for the position, and he provided me with the confidence that I needed in order to demonstrate this in the interview.
Needless to say, I was successful, and if I could thank Claudiu for one thing, it’s for believing in me. He is the best coach to have for the interview process.

In June, 2016, at age 60, I found myself suddenly terminated from my job of sixteen years, a result of restructuring within the organization. Having assumed I would work there another two or three years, then retire, I was completely unprepared for a job search, my resume hopelessly out of date – and the most recent version not even saved anywhere I could access it! So, I was starting from scratch.
Caitlin and Claudiu were extremely helpful in looking at the first and several subsequent drafts of my resume. Their suggestions were always spot on; criticism was constructive and did not overwhelm, with reasons given for suggested changes, which I always incorporated; replies were always very prompt and professional. As important as the practical help Caitlin and Claudiu gave was the encouragement they offered me, which boosted my confidence. Thanks to their help, I am now currently employed.

Over the course of a number of years I transitioned from university to professional training, part-time work leading to a supervisorial role, self-employment, and eventually into my chosen profession, and advancement within. In this time both Caitlin and Claudiu provided different methods of support that focused on an understanding of long term goals and how to achieve them. Their services ranged from resume and cover letter editing which dramatically improved the professional polish to both, but ensured that they were still true to me and my style; career coaching; goal focused career planning; and interview preparation and coaching. While I could have gone to any number of places and had my resume edited (and improved), there were a few factors that set Caitlin and Claudiu apart: their long term understanding of my goals and where I want to be, their dedication and compassion throughout even challenging transitions, and the way they helped highlight my unique traits in a positive way to prospective employers. I can say with certainty and sincerity that I would not have been as successful had I not been supported by Caitlin and Claudiu’s professional knowledge paired with personal compassion. Thank you!

Applying for a job in this economy is a challenging time consuming endeavour. Résumé trends are constantly changing it’s hard to truly understand what the hiring manager is looking for. I sent my résumé to Caitlin and Claudiu and at the time I was not really able to articulate what I wanted advice on. Was I struggling with the format? Or the career information that I thought best displayed my work experience?
I sent my résumé to them May 6th of this year. May 8th, I received edits and updates back from both Caitlin and Claudiu. I was blown away by the turnaround time especially given the detail of the edits. Don’t forget they both have their own full time jobs, yet they set time aside to help me with my career.
Their advice was laid out concisely and really helped me understand what the hiring manager needs to know. I now have a better understanding of what I need to do to ensure my application turns into an interview.
